JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with robust Healthcare IT, Government Projects, Business Analysis, and Client Management skills. The candidate will work with Government/healthcare stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.

CORE SKILLS

- Business &
- Requirement Analysis – Requirement gathering, validation, gap analysis, process mapping, business rules.

- Functional Documentation – BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, RTM, MoMs, Change Requests.

- Healthcare IT – EHR/EMR, LIMS/LIS, Digital Health, MMU, Healthcare Dashboards, CCC/Command &

- Control.

- Government Projects – Government workflows, public health programmes, stakeholder coordination and reporting.

- Client &

- Stakeholder Management – Requirement workshops, presentations, demos, communication and issue resolution.

- UAT &

- Implementation – UAT planning, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, defect analysis,



Go-Live and production validation.

- Dashboard &

- MIS – KPI definition, MIS reports, analytics, workflow and role-based requirements.

- Technical Understanding – SQL, databases, APIs, system integrations, SDLC and Agile.

- Analytics &

- Design Tools – Power BI / Tableau, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Figma and basic Adobe tools.

- Project Coordination – Development, QA, DB, UI/UX, Operations and deployment coordination.

- Training &

- Deployment – User training, application demonstrations and onsite implementation support.

- Communication – Excellent documentation, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Mobility – Willingness to travel to Government offices, client locations, healthcare facilities and project sites.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
