Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function and ensure effective management of financial operations.

- Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.

- Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide analysis of significant variances.

- Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions, investments, pricing, expansion, and cost management.





- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

- Review management accounts and financial reports before submission to senior management.

- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other qualified advisers.
