Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities to generate business leads.

- Conduct promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.

- Coordinate with local partners, vendors, and marketing teams.

- Identify potential customers and create awareness about financial products.

- Support lead generation and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, promotional activities, or lead generation preferred.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

- Candidates from banking, NBFC, financial services, or FMCG marketing backgrounds are preferred.
