Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Ahmedabad branch, drive sales growth, develop new customers, and manage overall branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets for motors, drives, gearboxes, and related products.
- Develop current customers, dealers, OEMs, and industrial clients.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Manage branch operations, sales team, inventory, and collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in technical qualifications preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial motors, drives, gearboxes, or related products.
- Proven track record in industrial sales and business development.
- Strong customer networking, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad industrial market is preferred.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
