We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage branch sales & operations, drive business growth, lead the sales team, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch-level business targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Develop new business opportunities through customer acquisition and relationship building.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and business progress.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular business performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or financial product sales.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance.
- Good knowledge of financial products and customer acquisition.
