The Branch

Manager leads the branch and drives business by RECRUITING and activating insurance advisors through a team of Sales Managers. Role &

Responsibilities Lead the branch and achieve monthly / quarterly business targets. Manage a team of Sales Managers; help them recruit,



train and activate insurance advisors. Build a robust advisor network in the local market. Track daily sales activity, renewals and quality of business. Follow all IRDAI and company compliance rules.

Candidate

Profile 5 to 12 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years of team / branch handling. Life Insurance or Health Insurance agency experience will be preferred. Good local market knowledge and network. Graduate or above.
