Roles & Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the Gold Loan branch and its overall performance.
- Drive Gold Loan business and achieve monthly branch sales and disbursement targets.
- Develop business through customer references, local market activities, lead generation and relationship building.
- Manage, guide and motivate the branch sales and operations team.
- Monitor individual and team productivity on a daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and excellent customer experience.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Gold Loan processes and company policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, interest collection, overdue customers and collections.
- Maintain branch profitability and improve overall business productivity.
- Ensure adherence to internal audit, operational and compliance requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and local market stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the branch team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Audit, HR and other internal departments.
- Take responsibility for successful launch, stabilization and growth of the newly opened branch.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Gold Loan / BFSI / NBFC industry.
- Prior experience in Gold Loan business is strongly preferred.
- Candidates currently working as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Sales Manager or equivalent roles can apply.
- Robust knowledge of Gold Loan sales and branch operations.
- Experience in handling a branch team and achieving business targets.




- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and local market development.
- Knowledge of Gold Loan portfolio management and collections.
- Understanding of audit and compliance processes.
- Gold appraisal / valuation knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidate should be target-oriented and capable of independently managing a branch.
