Role-

- Responsible for managing a team of Unit sales managers assigned
- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective
- Accountable for handling the health retail product
- To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and the health agents
- Achieving the PMS targets through brokers acquired by the unit sales manager
