- Overall in-charge of branch operations, business growth, and administration.
- Achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial services.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, audit observations, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise, guide, motivate, and evaluate branch staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, co-bankers, service agencies, and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of complaints.
- Monitor loan sourcing, processing, disbursement, recovery, and portfolio quality.
- Conduct staff meetings, customer meetings, marketing campaigns, and business development activities.
- Ensure proper management of branch funds, records, assets, and operational controls.
- Promote the Society's products, goodwill, visibility, and reputation in the branch area.
- Submit required reports, returns,



and compliance documents to RO/HO on time.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and adhere to the Society's Code of Conduct.
- Provide product knowledge, training, and operational guidance to staff.
- Take proactive initiatives for branch development and smooth functioning.
- Safeguard and maintain all branch assets, infrastructure, and equipment.

Overall: Responsible for the branch's business growth, profitability, compliance, customer service, team management, and reputation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
