Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Ramban.

The Branch

Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day center operations, including managing admissions processes, counseling prospective learners and families, and ensuring effective delivery of academic and support services. The role involves leading and developing branch staff, monitoring performance against enrollment and revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.

Manager coordinates local marketing activities, builds relationships with schools and community stakeholders, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and processes. The position also requires regular reporting, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with regional and corporate teams to implement company initiatives and improve branch performance.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
- Operational management capabilities, including center administration, process implementation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication, counseling, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Sales and business development acumen, including experience in meeting enrollment or revenue targets and executing local marketing activities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree in management, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in education, training, or service-oriented industries, especially in branch or center management, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ramban, with flexibility to work extended hours during peak admission seasons.
