Role purpose

Repair and restore accident-damaged vehicles to Škoda standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles and identify body, panel, structural, and cosmetic damage.
- Carry out denting, panel repair, replacement, alignment, and fitting work.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and workshop safety standards.
- Use tools and equipment correctly; keep the work area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with paint technicians, parts staff, and service advisors.
- Record work completed and report additional damage or repair requirements.
- Complete repairs within assigned timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in automotive body repair; Škoda or other authorized-dealership experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of bodyshop tools, repair methods, and vehicle safety practices.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.
- ITI or equivalent automotive/body-repair qualification preferred.

: Bodyshop Advisor – Gurudev Škoda

Role purpose

Coordinate the customer and vehicle journey through the bodyshop, from damage assessment and estimate preparation to repair updates and vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their concerns and repair requirements.




- Inspect vehicles, document visible damage, and coordinate estimates.
- Explain repair scope, expected timelines, and costs to customers.
- Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, technicians, parts staff, and other departments.
- Track repair progress and provide customers with timely updates.
- Ensure approvals and required documents are in place before repairs proceed.
- Review completed work, coordinate final checks, and arrange vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate job-card, estimate, and customer records.

Requirements

- Experience in automotive service advising, bodyshop operations, or insurance-related vehicle repairs preferred.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle body repairs, estimating, and insurance claims.
- Good coordination, documentation, and computer skills.
- Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple repair jobs.
