About the Role

We are looking for a Blue-Collar Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team and take ownership of sourcing and hiring skilled, semi-skilled, and entry-level technical workforce.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting candidates for ITI and technical roles, particularly within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, and production environments.

You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, documentation, and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical positions.
- Source candidates for roles such as:

ITI Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, CNC / VMC Operator, Machine Operator, Maintenance Technician, Production Operator, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Fabricator, Quality Inspector, Helpers / Trainees & Other skilled and semi-skilled industrial positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ITI, Diploma, technical and experienced blue-collar candidates.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, recruitment databases, references, employee referrals, local networks, ITI institutes, training centers and other grassroots hiring channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, location, salary expectations, shift flexibility and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests and technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to minimize dropouts and no-shows.
- Build talent pools for frequently hired technical and industrial positions.




- Develop relationships with ITI colleges, technical institutes, skill-development centers and local candidate networks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Achieve defined recruitment targets, turnaround time and joining targets.
- Support bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives whenever required.

Key Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Blue-Collar / Technical Recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, production or technical roles will be preferred.
- Good understanding of ITI trades and technical job profiles.
- Experience hiring candidates such as Fitters, Welders, Electricians, CNC Operators, Machine Operators, Technicians, Helpers, etc.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume / bulk recruitment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and tight turnaround times.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp recruitment groups and other sourcing channels.
- Knowledge of the Vadodara / Gujarat industrial talent market will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly looking for someone who understands the ground reality of blue-collar hiring—someone who knows where to find ITI and technical candidates, can build local candidate networks, understands industrial job profiles, and can consistently convert candidates from sourcing to joining.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, industrial recruitment or technical workforce hiring will be strongly preferred.
