We are looking for an experienced BIM Lead to manage BIM modelling, coordinate design teams, and ensure accurate, high-quality project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM modelling and project coordination
- Review architectural, structural and MEP models
- Manage BIM standards, workflows and model quality
- Identify and resolve design clashes using clash detection tools
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Guide and support BIM modellers
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of BIM experience, preferably in real estate/construction
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection and model management
- Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
