We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Biology Teacher who can simplify complex biological concepts and inspire students to succeed in their academic and competitive examinations.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join our academic team at Catalyst Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Biology to students preparing for CBSE Board Examinations, NEET, and other relevant competitive examinations.

Key Responsibility

Teach Biology concepts in a clear, systematic, and student-friendly manner. Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and practice questions. Cover the prescribed syllabus within the scheduled academic timeline.

Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and NEET, as applicable. Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions. Analyse students' performance and provide constructive feedback. Develop engaging teaching strategies to improve students' conceptual understanding.

Maintain a positive,



disciplined, and inspiring classroom environment. Stay updated with the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, or a relevant subject. B.Ed. or other relevant teaching qualifications will be an added advantage, depending on the role. Previous teaching experience in a school, coaching institute, or competitive examination centre is preferred.

Strong communication skills and excellent subject knowledge. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Preferred Skills

Strong conceptual understanding of Biology. Expertise in NCERT-based teaching, particularly for CBSE and NEET preparation, as applicable. Ability to prepare high-quality study materials and examination-oriented questions. Effective classroom management and student engagement skills. A result-oriented approach to teaching and student development.

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
