Rudrabhishek Enterprises is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled BIM Architect to join our expanding design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural BIM projects, proficiency in Revit Architecture, and a robust understanding of BIM standards, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural BIM Modeling:
- Develop comprehensive and accurate 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce detailed architectural documentation, schematics, construction drawings, and presentation layouts.
- Coordination & Clash Detection:
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and perform clash detection checks between architectural, structural, and MEP services.
- Resolve spatial and design coordination issues proactively to ensure seamless project execution.
- BIM Standards & Workflows:
- Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and quality guidelines across all project stages.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, senior architects, and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or Diploma in Architecture.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant professional experience working on architectural BIM projects. (Freshers with strong academic portfolios in Revit BIM are welcome).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level command over Revit Architecture and standard BIM workflows.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, material specifications, and multi-service coordination (Navisworks or similar clash-detection tools is a plus).
- Location & Work Flexibility: Must be based in Delhi/NCR and willing to work from either the Delhi (Barakhamba) or Noida (Sector 125) office based on business requirements.
