We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer Civil with strong exposure to Pharma.
Key Requirements
- 9-12 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Civil Billing Quantity Estimation
- Pharma / Pharmaceutical Project experience is preferred
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills, BOQ amp; Measurements
- Quantity take-off, rate analysis and reconciliation
- Handling contractor billing and certification
- Knowledge of variations, extra items and material reconciliation
- Coordination with Project, QS, Contracts and Site teams
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
