Location: Delhi NCR (Site HO Coordination)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Billing Engineer who can take complete ownership of billing, measurements, and cost tracking across projects. This role goes beyond basic billing — it involves planning, monitoring, reconciliation, and certification of all project-related quantities and documentation. You will act as a key link between site execution, contractors, and accounts, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely financial flow in projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Certification

- Prepare and submit RA Bills (Running Account Bills) in line with project progress
- Verify and certify contractor bills after checking measurements and scope and certify
- Ensure all bills are accurate, timely, and properly documented
- Coordinate approvals and ensure smooth billing cycles

Filling analysing BOQ
- Measurement & Documentation

- Maintain and update Measurement Book (MB) with accurate site measurements
- Ensure all executed work is properly recorded and supported
- Cross-verify quantities with drawings and BOQs

3. BBS & Quantity Management
- Prepare, review, and certify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Track steel consumption against BBS and site execution
- Ensure proper linkage between BBS, site work, and billing

4. Reconciliation & Cost Control
- Carry out material reconciliation (especially steel, cement, etc.)
- Perform billing vs execution reconciliation (MBC – Measurement/Bill/Consumption)
- Identify discrepancies and report variations




- Support cost control by tracking actual vs planned quantities

5. Planning, Monitoring & Tracking
- Support project planning through quantity and billing inputs
- Monitor progress vs billing vs BOQ quantities
- Maintain trackers for:
- Work completed
- Bills submitted
- Payments pending
- Ensure alignment between site progress and billing milestones

6. Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Site Engineers
- Project Managers
- Contractors
- Accounts Team
- Resolve billing-related queries and discrepancies proactively

What We’re Looking For
- Strong command over billing, measurements, and reconciliation
- Practical experience in MB, BBS, and RA billing cycles
- Ability to track, analyse, and control quantities and costs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and teams

Experience & Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of experience in construction billing
- Experience in residential / builder floor / site execution projects preferred

Working Style
- Mix of site-based measurements and office coordination
- Requires regular interaction with ground teams and contractors

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
