Hiring: Billing & Tendering Executive
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Interiors
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
- Handle client billing, RA bills, final bills, and variation claims.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against BOQs and site measurements.
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, vendors, and project teams.
- Maintain billing records, cost sheets, and tender documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and tendering.
