Role & Responsibilities
- Find relevant projects on Upwork and leads on LinkedIn.
- Write customized proposals and outreach messages to get client responses.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Track bids, responses, and conversions in CRM or spreadsheets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation,
or IT business development.
- Ability to generate client responses through effective proposals and outreach.
- Basic understanding of SEO, web development, digital marketing, or AI services.
- Good written communication, research, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets is preferred.
Significant:
- Candidates with more than 3 years of experience should not apply.
- Local candidates preferred; others must be willing to relocate.
- This is strictly an on-site position in Kharar.
- Candidates must have practical experience generating leads and responses through Upwork and LinkedIn.
