Role Description The Bid Manager role at Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Bid

Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, coordinating bid activities, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, collaborating with sales, technical, and finance teams, developing bid strategies, and preparing detailed bid documents. The role also involves maintaining bid process documentation, tracking bid status and outcomes, and continuously improving bid methodologies and templates.

Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong bid preparation and bid writing skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling, and compliant proposals.
- Experience in bid management and proposal management, including coordinating cross-functional input and meeting strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of structured bid processes and best practices for organizing, reviewing, and submitting bids.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities to understand client requirements, specifications, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, technical, and finance teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with proposal tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in electronics or industrial products is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple bids simultaneously, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory professional standards.
