Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience marketing IT consultants, working with C2C requirements, building vendor relationships, and securing interviews and placements for bench consultants in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants through vendor networks, job portals, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
- Work on daily C2C requirements and identify suitable opportunities for available consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Negotiate competitive C2C rates and coordinate submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Prepare and distribute consultant hotlists to vendors and clients.




- Track consultant marketing activities, submissions, interview schedules, and placement status.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure availability, interview readiness, and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, submissions, follow-ups, and vendor contacts.
- Meet daily and monthly marketing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of C2C staffing, W2 requirements, and US IT recruitment processes.
- Established vendor contacts and experience working with US staffing companies.
- Experience marketing consultants with H-1B, GC, GC-EAD, H-4 EAD, and other eligible work authorizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, email-writing, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace and meet targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
