The BCM FinCrime AI-Senior role at EY involves working as a Senior Technology Consultant on FinCrime solutions modernization and transformation projects. The successful candidate will lead and manage teams of technology consultants to deliver large-scale technology programs, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in FinCrime and Fraud domains.

Responsibilities include defining and validating customization needs for AML products, reviewing client workflows to maximize advantages, and implementing AI-driven solutions such as investigator copilots, intelligent alert triaging, and case summarization. The role requires deep expertise in AI roadmaps covering GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, XAI, and Regulatory AI use cases. Candidates must interface with onsite coordinators and customer representatives, provide regular status reporting, and be willing to travel to client locations as needed.





Mandatory qualifications include an MBA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree, with 5 to 8 years of banking industry experience, at least 6 years in AML/FinCrime/Fraud transformation, and

2+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience in banking or compliance. Technical proficiency in NICE Actimize solutions (SAM, WLM, ACM, ActOne), cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and programming languages like Python or Java is

required .

Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch is also expected.
