Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Supervisor to oversee our daily bar operations, manage bar staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership skills, a deep knowledge of beverages, and excellent customer service abilities to maintain the high standards of our venue in Chandigarh.Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the bar operates smoothly according to local licensing laws.

- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule bartenders and bar backs, while motivating the team to meet sales targets and service standards.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage wastage, and conduct regular inventory audits to control costs.

- Customer Service: Interact with guests, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high-quality drink preparation and prompt service.

- Financial Management: Handle cash registers, reconcile daily sales receipts,



and manage the bar budget effectively.

- Menu Development: Assist in creating innovative cocktail menus and promotional events to drive revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or lounge.

- Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer pairings.

- Technical Ability: Experience operating POS systems and inventory management software.

- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
