HIRING | BARISTA

We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Barista for Delhi!

Location: Delhi

Key Requirements

- Prior experience as a Barista / Coffee Specialist preferred (Freshers with passion for coffee can also apply)

- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, and manual brewing techniques

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Team player with a clean, organized, and hygiene-conscious work style

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the counter, coffee machine, and seating areas.

- Manage inventory of coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaging supplies.

- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
