Role Purpose: As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will lead and manage technology teams in FinCrime solutions modernization and transformation projects. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, bridging high-level business requirements with AML/FinCrime product capabilities, and driving the implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities: You will define and validate customization needs, review client workflows, and recommend improvements to maximize AML product perks. You will lead end-to-end implementation programs including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and cloud transformation. You will also interface with onsite coordinators and client representatives, providing regular status reporting and conducting product demonstrations.

Technical Requirements: You must have hands-on experience in implementing AI governance, investigator copilots, intelligent alert triaging, and case summarization. You will work on AI roadmaps covering GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, XAI, and Regulatory AI use cases. Expertise in NICE Actimize (SAM, WLM, ACM, ActOne) is required , along with proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL processes, and REST API integrations.





Experience with cloud technologies, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git) is mandatory .

Functional Requirements: You need thorough knowledge of AML/CTF transaction monitoring, KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and case management workflows. You should be skilled in scenario tuning, threshold optimization, and false positive reduction.

Education and Experience: A degree (MBA/MCA/BE/BTech) is required . You must have 5 to 8 years of banking industry experience, with at least 6 years in AML/FinCrime/Fraud transformation and 2+ years of specific AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience in banking or compliance. Preferred experience includes knowledge of SAS AML, FircoSoft, Quantexa, NetReveal, Norkom, and Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch.
