Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform partnership development.

- Manage relationships with key decision-makers at banking partners to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Analyze market data and industry insights to develop targeted sales pitches and presentations for potential clients.

Job Requirements :

- 2.9-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or payments industry.

- Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits etc. .

- Proven track record of building solid relationships with key decision-makers at major corporates or financial institutions.

- Excellent requirement gathering skills with ability to understand complex technical requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
