We are actively hiring for the following roles:

- Bar Manager: To oversee daily operations, inventory, compliance, and staff training.

- Bar Captains: To supervise floor service, manage guest relations, and support the management team.

- Bartenders / Mixologists: To craft high-quality beverages and maintain the bar counter with deep knowledge of local and imported spirits.

- Waiters / Stewards: To provide prompt, attentive table service and guide guests through our extensive beverage menu.

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, warm, and professional service to all guests.

- Demonstrate solid product knowledge across our IMFL, FMFL, Beer, and Wine offerings to make confident recommendations.

- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards behind the bar and on the floor.

- Collaborate seamlessly across all roles—from floor staff to management—to ensure smooth,



high-volume operations.

- Ensure full compliance with local liquor laws, age verification protocols, and responsible service of alcohol.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Proven prior experience in a hotel bar, standalone premium pub, or upscale restaurant is mandatory for all roles.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with pouring and serving IMFL, FMFL, and wine.

- Skills: Excellent communication, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Leadership (for Manager/Captain roles): Previous experience managing inventory, leading teams, and handling guest escalations effectively.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
