Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Banking Collections Supervisor to support training, quality monitoring, compliance, and operational activities across assigned locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking collections, team coordination, performance monitoring, and process adherence. The role involves coordinating with Training Supervisors, monitoring employee performance, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate activities across assigned locations and work closely with the Zonal Training Manager.
- Plan, prepare, and publish training calendars for the assigned zone.
- Coordinate training programs with Training Supervisors across multiple locations.
- Monitor and validate new-hire training certification results and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with training processes, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate zone-level training initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor additional training and performance improvement initiatives for employees who require support.
- Review and validate call listening sessions and feedback provided to employees.
- Ensure call quality examples and reference libraries are maintained and updated regularly.
- Prepare refresher training materials and coordinate implementation with Training Supervisors.
- Review employee performance against defined targets and identify areas for improvement.




- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues related to dialer systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and training infrastructure.
- Track customer complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, escalations, and closure updates.
- Ensure all required compliance documents and operational records are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other teams to meet business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to training, employee performance, call quality, and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in banking collections, collections operations, training, or quality.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team coordination role.
- Solid understanding of banking collection processes and customer interactions.
- Experience coordinating with Training, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring, call quality, and process adherence.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate across different locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
- Any graduate degree.
- Relevant experience in banking collections, operations, training, or quality will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
