Backend Engineer with solid expertise in Python and Django, along with hands-on experience in building REST APIs and system integrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of backend engineering and AI-driven solutions, including prompt writing and LLM workflows.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with customers when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python and Django.
- Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and manage third-party integrations.
- Work on LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and AI agent integrations (20% focus area).
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and frontend teams.
- Participate in solution discussions with clients and translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 20% AI Agent & Prompt Engineering (LLM workflows; strong prompt writing is mandatory)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django framework.
- Proven experience in building REST APIs and handling integrations.
- Mandatory experience in prompt writing and working with LLM-based workflows.
- Understanding of AI agents and automation use cases is preferred.
- Good communication skills and willingness to engage in customer-facing discussions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
