– UPS & Battery Operations | PAN India Coordinate UPS & Battery AMC, PM, breakdown calls, and service requests across PAN India. Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, and service partners for timely service execution. Allocate service calls and follow up for visit completion and call closure.

Maintain AMC, UPS/battery, service visit, and customer records. Prepare MIS reports, service trackers, PM schedules, and service reports. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, Logistics, and Vendors for smooth operations.

Verify service reports, customer approvals, and required documentation. Handle customer communication and follow up on pending service issues.
