-We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to promote Recrutly, our AI-powered recruitment platform, to companies, HR teams, recruiters and recruitment agencies across India.
-Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their recruitment challenges, explain how Recrutly can help, and schedule product demonstrations with interested businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to HR managers, recruitment agencies, talent acquisition teams and business owners.
- Identify companies that could benefit from AI-powered recruitment and candidate screening.
- Understand customers' hiring needs and explain Recrutly's features and benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead details, call records and follow-up activities in a CRM or spreadsheet.
- Work towards monthly targets for qualified leads, demos and customer conversions.
- Coordinate with the team to improve sales pitches and convert prospects into customers.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling or business development.
- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in speaking with HR managers, recruiters and business owners.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- A target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn about AI and SaaS products.
