Finance Application Support Engineer - Avalara (Tax) & Basware

Application Scope

Role Overview :

- Monitor ticket queues and respond to user requests.
- Verify tax calculation issues.
- Validate transaction processing failures.
- Monitor tax reporting jobs.
- Support user queries related to tax codes and tax statuses
- Monitor interfaces and batch jobs.
- Support PO and invoice matching queries
