Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage industrial automation projects from planning to commissioning.
- Plan project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage automation engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, and automation system integration.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and management teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Manage project risks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Robust experience in industrial automation and robotics.
- Project planning, execution, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of PLC,



HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

- Experience: 15+ years
- Preferred Position: Project Manager (PM) / Automation Project Manager
- Industry: Industrial Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing, or Automotive
