Job Title: Audit Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead and manage audit assignments, ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, and oversee the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audits, managing client relationships, supervising team members, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other assurance assignments.
- Review financial statements, books of accounts, audit working papers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, auditing standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Prepare and review audit reports, management letters, and other professional deliverables.
- Manage client communication, coordinate audit requirements, and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Supervise, guide, and review the work of audit staff and trainees.
- Monitor assignment progress, allocate work, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Handle audit queries, discuss observations with clients, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills




- CA Inter candidates with relevant audit experience may also be considered.
- Relevant experience in statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Good analytical, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and skilled ethics.

Experience 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in audit and assurance, preferably in a Chartered Accountancy firm.

Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000 per month depending on qualifications and experience. For the right candidate, salary shall not be a constraint.
