About the Role

Bagaria & Co LLP is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Com graduates who are interested in building a career in Bank Audits. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to gain practical exposure to banking operations, audit procedures, and financial verification.

The selected candidates will work with experienced professionals and receive hands-on exposure to bank audit assignments, with opportunities to develop their technical knowledge and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting bank audits, including concurrent audits, branch audits, and other banking audit assignments, as required.
- Verify bank transactions, vouchers, supporting documents, and accounting entries.
- Check loan and advance documentation, sanction terms, and compliance with prescribed procedures.
- Assist in reviewing deposits, advances, interest calculations, and other banking transactions.
- Verify account opening documentation, KYC records, and related compliance requirements.
- Examine banking records and supporting documents to identify discrepancies, irregularities, or exceptions.
- Assist in checking adherence to applicable banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare audit working papers, observations, and supporting schedules.




- Coordinate with bank officials to obtain required documents, records, and clarifications.
- Report audit findings and discrepancies to the reporting senior.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned audit work and maintain proper audit documentation.

Required Skills and Competencies
- B.Com graduate with a basic understanding of accounting and finance.
- Interest in pursuing a career in bank audit and assurance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn banking processes and audit procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet assignment deadlines.
- Sincere, disciplined, and proactive approach towards work.
