Role Description The Audio Visual Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems across client locations and internal facilities. The role involves managing AV projects from requirement gathering to commissioning, including system design, equipment selection, configuration, and testing to ensure high-quality sound, video, and conferencing experiences.

Manager coordinates with internal technical teams, external vendors, and clients to schedule installations, resolve issues,



and provide post-deployment support and training. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring AV system performance, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity problems, maintaining inventory and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and security policies. This role also contributes to solution proposals, cost estimates, and continuous improvement of AV practices and technologies in line with the company’s broader infrastructure offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of audio-visual system design and integration, including projectors, displays, sound systems, conferencing solutions, and control systems.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and networking concepts relevant to AV, such as IP networking, cabling standards, and basic network security practices.
- Proficiency in AV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience managing on-site deployments and maintenance.
- Ability to manage projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and vendor/stakeholder communication.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills, including creating system diagrams, asset inventories, and service records.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and uptime.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in an AV or IT setting is an advantage.
