Duties & Responsibilities

Parking Control:-

- Taking care of company vehicles & arranging dropping for night staffs.
- Actively involved in controlling the parking system. Assisting the staff in controlling the parking.

Maintaining Record:-

- Implementing all SOP'S and security related instructions.
- Looking after the deployments, bill & payments of Contract agency.
- Feeding the all ISO documents in ERP
- To Prepare the Summary Sheet as per the tickets issued to guest and Cash Collected.

Maximizing Parking Revenue:-

- Making proper space allocation so that a large number of car can be adjusted in the parking space.
- Ensuring that the Parking Signages are properly implemented and parking instructions are properly followed.

Training to Staff:

- Educating the guards regarding security & fire fighting.
- Allocating the duties to the staff and out sourced staff.

Security Planning:-

- Checking of fire equipment by daily basis.




- Monitoring entire CCTV throughout the shift.
- Reviews all system-related security plans throughout the organization.
- Ensure that the security system is well managed any disfunctioning would be reported directly to the shift manager like fire system and alarms are always in working condition.
- Taking proper round to supervise as in no incident is reported in the Mall Premises.

Lost and Found and Scouting the VIP Guests: -

- Provide a safe & secured setting for guests, tenants & staffs.
- Handling the parking problems, arranging the VIP escorting /security.
- Handling Lost & Found in Mall Premises.
- Responsible for the Security of Mall Property, staff Customers, Tenants & their belongings. Smooth Handling of VIP Security on Special Events.
