Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Month end activities and data integrity, posting of month end adjustments/accruals/other Journal entries, validation errors and submission of financial data in Hyperion Reporting System.

Ledger scrutiny and analysis with resolution

Fixed asset Accounting (Creation, Disposal, Modifications, Depreciation, Reconciliation)

Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions, AP, AR, Inter Company recons

General Ledger account maintenance,

MIS

Operational Excellence through Process documentation, Process Quality Initiatives

Business communication

SOX compliance for related activities

9-hour shift - 12 noon to 9 pm (UK timings) and month end 5-6 days - 2 pm to 11 pm

What You Need to Succeed

SAP working knowledge

Accounting fundamentals





Basic MS Word & advance Excel knowledge

Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken)

Journal Entry preparation and posting

Fixed Asset process understanding

Has been doing Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions independently

Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
