Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate – Property & Casualty / Life insurance

Candidate Expectations Any graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in international insurance operations.

Experience in U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance, particularly Auto Claims, Policy Servicing and/or Underwriting Support.

OR experience in U.S. Life & Annuity Insurance, with strong knowledge of insurance terminology, products, processes and workflows.

Robust communication, analytical, problem-solving and exception-handling skills.

Good understanding of insurance processes, documentation and quality standards.

Ability to handle process exceptions and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

Candidate Location - Anywhere in India

Candidate Industry - (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services/Insurance)

Education and Certification

Qualification Any Graduate

Insurance-related certification is an added advantage.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day U.S. insurance operations across P&C; or Life & Annuity processes.

Process and validate insurance-related transactions,



documents and requests as per defined procedures.

Support Auto Claims, Policy Servicing, Underwriting Support or Life & Annuity workflows based on process allocation.

Review cases for accuracy, completeness and compliance with process guidelines.

Identify and resolve process exceptions, discrepancies and documentation gaps.

Maintain required quality, productivity and SLA/TAT standards.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to client-specific process guidelines, controls and quality requirements.

Maintain accurate process records and update relevant systems/tools.
