OPEN POSITIONS
- Patent Associate (1–3 years): Draft specifications and claims under senior guidance, conduct prior-art searches, and prepare invention summaries and drawing descriptions.
- Senior Patent Associate (3–5 years): Independently draft complete applications, lead invention disclosure discussions with inventors, and prepare responses to examination reports.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Draft provisional, complete, PCT, and foreign-filing patent applications.
- Work with inventors to understand and capture inventions clearly and completely.
- Draft claims with strong scope and well-structured fallback positions.
- Prepare applications compliant with IPO, USPTO, EPO, and other patent office requirements.
- Conduct prior-art searches and patentability analysis.
- Support office action responses and prosecution work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.Pharm / PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
- 1–5 years of hands-on patent drafting experience.
- Good understanding of Indian patent law, with exposure to US/EP practice a plus.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent qualification preferred (or actively preparing).
- Strong technical writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn current technologies and grow with structured mentorship.
