Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Month end activities and data integrity, posting of month end adjustments/accruals/other Journal entries, validation errors and submission of financial data in Reporting System.

Fixed asset Accounting (Creation, Disposal, Modifications, Depreciation, Reconciliation)

Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions, AP, AR, Inter Company recons

MIS

Operational Excellence through Process documentation, Process Quality Initiatives

Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately

SOX compliance for related activities

What You Need to Succeed

Journal Entry preparation and posting

Fixed Asset process understanding (preferable)

Bank Reconciliations- independently





Month end activities (preferable)

SAP working knowledge preferable

Accounting fundamentals: should be able to create journal entries on own. Strong understanding of the process

Basic MS Word & Excel knowledge

Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken)
