Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures in Management, MBA, and Commerce subjects.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Conduct research, publish papers, and participate in conferences.
- Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation, and departmental activities.
- Participate in institutional committees and academic administration.

Qualifications: MBA, MCOM Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, or a relevant discipline, with a Master's degree in the relevant subject, as per applicable UGC and university norms. Experience: Relevant teaching and research experience as prescribed by applicable regulations.

Required Skills: Academic leadership, research aptitude, communication, student mentoring, and curriculum development.

Reporting To: Head of Department / Dean / Director.
