Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, research-oriented, and dedicated Associate Professor to join our progressive faculty team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, driving academic excellence, and contributing to institutional research in the fields of Computer Science, IT, AI, and Data Science.As a mandatory prerequisite, the candidate must possess a Ph.D. alongside a solid foundation in core computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Leadership: Deliver engaging, comprehensive lectures across undergraduate and postgraduate programs (including BCA and MCA courses).
- Curriculum Development: Design, review, and modernize course syllabi to align with industry advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Information Technology.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct independent research, publish original papers in indexed,



peer-reviewed international journals (such as Scopus or UGC-CARE), and apply for research grants.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students through practical laboratory work, academic projects, research theses, and provide career counseling.
- Institutional Governance: Actively participate in departmental administrative tasks, internal examinations, NAAC/NBA accreditation documentations, and university committees.
- Industry Collaboration: Help bridge the gap between academia and industry by organizing workshops, guest lectures, hackathons, and placement assistance programs.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education (Mandatory): Ph.D. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or a highly related specialization is a strict requirement.
- Academic Background: BCA / MCA degree path or an equivalent rigorous educational foundation from a recognized Computer Science background.
- Experience: 0 to 7 years of teaching, research, or industry experience. Highly motivated fresh Ph.D. graduates with strong technical acumen are welcome to apply.
