What We’re Looking For

✅ Hands-on experience in CPS Affiliate Marketing

✅ Strong experience in Media Buying Affiliate Management

✅ Experience in Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding

✅ Ability to manage and grow affiliate partnerships

✅ Knowledge of Trackier / Ever flow / Has Offers or similar platforms

✅ Good understanding of EPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI & Revenue

✅ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire, onboard & activate publishers/media buying affiliates
- Manage and grow CPS campaigns
- Drive publisher revenue, engagement & retention
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Negotiate payouts and commercial terms
- Build long-term relationships with affiliate partners

Candidates with strong hands-on CPS + Media Buying Affiliate experience are preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
