Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Coordinating and processing physical audits for all field inventory locations
Knowledge and understanding of all SOX inventory requirements
Determine root causes of discrepancies and communicate action plans to resolve
Process inventory transfers and inventory adjustments using SAP ECC
Maintain documentation for internal and SOX audit processes
Manage productive completion of all field inventory audits within SOX requirements
Ensure legal compliance of all data and reporting for SOX auditing
Create inventory reviews for the service organization
What You Need to Succeed
Commerce graduate or post graduate with first class grade
Two to three year’s work experience in back office process
SAP CRM knowledge preferable
Strong business communication (written and verbal )
MS office tools proficiency
5.30 pm to 2.30 am (Monday to Friday) with overtime requirements. Candidate must be flexible to work rotational shift as well.
