We are looking for a motivated Associate Data Engineer / Data Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support data engineering and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about working with data, building data pipelines, performing analysis, and learning modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering

- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Assist in implementing ELT/ETL solutions using DBT, Snowflake, and Azure technologies.
- Monitor data loads and perform data quality validation checks.
- Troubleshoot pipeline and data issues under guidance from senior team members.

Data Analytics

- Execute statistical analysis and data exploration requests.
- Prepare datasets for reporting, dashboarding, and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Develop reports and visualizations to support business functions.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights from data.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Present analysis findings clearly and concisely.
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Learning & Development





- Build foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Support experimentation and analytical projects when opportunities arise.
- Stay current with emerging data engineering and analytics technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with:

- SQL

- Python

- Snowflake
- DBT (basic to intermediate knowledge)

- Azure Cloud Services

- GitHub
- Understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
- Basic statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or project experience involving predictive analytics or machine learning.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
