Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Role
Handling emails received from internal / external customers.
Keeping a control over TAT period.
Raising SharePoint request for customer master data maintenance.
Updating customer’s credit limit and payment terms on SAP.
Preparing and circulating monthly SharePoint report to stakeholders.
Preparing MIS dashboards and presentation.
Collaborating with cash application and stakeholders as per requirement.
Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.
Attendance at the early monthly call is mandatory, and it is scheduled to occur once every month.
Shift Timings
Shift time would be either 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification
B. Com
Technical Skills
3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
SAP knowledge will be preferred.
Telephonic skills should be excellent.
Soft Skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Valuable communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
