Role Description The Associate Cluster Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned branches or teams, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to organizational standards. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, coordinating workflows, and supporting staff with guidance and resources to meet customer service and sales targets.

- Basic understanding of health insurance products or willingness to learn quickly; prior experience in financial services or healthcare is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and conduct regular visits to branches or partner locations within the assigned cluster.
