- Provide guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards to ensure high-quality sales outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to agent recruitment, training, and support.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

- 1-3 years of experience in insurance industry or similar field.
