The Assistant Showroom Manager is responsible for day to day operations of their respective Showroom including customer service, merchandising and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve showroom sales target as agreed at the beginning of the year.
- Maintain the standards of cleanliness of the showroom and billing of counter sales at showroom.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge about the brands, materials, product features and pricing.
- Welcome walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Ensure a seamless experience for customers visiting the showroom.
- Cultivate solid relationships with new walk-in clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Responsible for showing the models displayed in the showroom and recommend products to customers by identifying their needs & requirements.
- Manage customers efficiently, resolve their queries about products and close sales at the showroom.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management.
